Moisturizing Avocado Oil
I've known about avocado oils' antioxidant and healthy fat healing properties and have used it in food for a long while. I hadn't thought to use it as a moisturizer, yet it's known to be one of the best. Those same fatty acids and antioxidants work their magic on the skin and even have been shown to heal wounds faster.
To use: Keep bottle in the shower. After shower, swipe water off your skin. Rub one dime-size drop together in palms and apply. Repeat until covered. Let oil sit for 5 minutes and then towel dry. I also use it under my eyes at night.
