This may sound strange, but each year I look forward to my annual physical exam. I anxiously wait for my lab report like a 51-year-old kid waiting for her report card. I know I feel great, but I want science to confirm that my holistic lifestyle is working. Today was that day, and my doctor validated my efforts by saying she has never seen lab numbers like mine. Some numbers, she said, they only see at birth! No wonder I still feel like a kid – I am on the inside, A+ report card pride and all!It's why I am so committed to what I do. Through my cooking studio and wellness workspace, I'm able to teach people how to be healthy too. I truly believe that if everyone did my cleanse, the world would be a brighter, happier place. Bold statement, but I'm tired of being shy about it. The proof is in my lab report pudding.
