Curried Cashews

 

A..ddic...ting! 'Nuf said.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 T lemon juice

  • 1 T curry powder

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 cup unsalted cashews

 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250º

  • Combine ingredients in a Ziploc, shake to coat. 

  • Spread nuts over cookie sheet evenly

  • Heat for 30 minutes, tossing several times. 

  • Store in mason jar. 

 

Servings: 2-4
