Curried Cashews
A..ddic...ting! 'Nuf said.
Ingredients

1 T lemon juice

1 T curry powder
-
1/2 tsp kosher salt

1 cup unsalted cashews
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250º
-
Combine ingredients in a Ziploc, shake to coat.

Spread nuts over cookie sheet evenly
-
Heat for 30 minutes, tossing several times.
-
Store in mason jar.
Servings: 2-4
