Spicy Lemon Basil Dressing

If you've eaten BBK food or cooked with me, you know how much I love, love, love sauces. I love to dunk, drizzle, dip and drench. So, when I say this one is my current fave, you know it's damn good. I added a Serrano pepper, seeds and all, to spice it up. My favorite way to enjoy it: gluten-free toast topped with smashed avocado, tomato slice, unsalted sunflower seeds and spicy lemon basil drizzle. Best way to kick start the day!

•5 T EVOO

•2.5 T fresh Lemon Juice

•1 clove Garlic – minced

•1 Serrano Pepper – keep seeds or seed half the pepper for heat, chop whole pepper

•¼ tsp Kosher Salt, more to taste

•2 pack fresh Basil leaves – stems removed

Blend all in high-speed blender until smooth.

Makes: approx. 1 cup
