The Courtney

This chakra balancing smoothie was created and named after one of my students with the same name. She's done my cleanse, cooks and Yoga for Wellness classes. I've been teaching my yoga class how to balance chakras for the last 7 weeks and she's a total chakra balancing boss! Custom smoothie deserved. This week I'll be teaching about the Vagus Nerve.   • Almond/Cashew Milk – 1 cup 

  • Wild Blueberries, frozen – ½ cup

  • Blackberries, fresh – small handful

  • Baby Spinach, fresh – big handful

  • Granny Smith Apple, fresh – ¼ item

  • Celery Stalk, fresh – 1 item, broken into small pieces

  • Banana, frozen or fresh – 2”

  • Pineapple, frozen –4 cubes

  • Raw Cashews or Raw Almonds – small handful

  • Ground Flax Seed – 1 T

  • Mango, frozen – 4 cubes

  • Strawberries, frozen or fresh – 4 items

  • Shredded Coconut – 1 T optional

  • 1 T MCT Oil – optional, may mix in fresh before enjoying

  • Raw Honey – 1/2 T optional


  • Blend all in a high-speed blender

Makes one 20 oz smoothie to enjoy as breakfast, snack or sipped throughout the day. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 nights.
